I got my stickers from Brian today so I was able to complete the setup.
Special Thanks to Brian for the help with this.
First here is the thread of the first stages of the restore.
http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/weber-kettles-accessories/my-grill-restore
Here you have it.
Stainless steel grate
The inside, I probably could have done a little better but I am happy
The undercarriage
Brian's handle
And for those who were interested in my other kettles as part of my "man cave" (
http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/weber-kettles-accessories/my-current-man-cave/
) here they are together for the first time.
99 Master-Touch and mid 60's Texan?
OTP and Silver B around the corner

The color kettles are nice, but one like yours might just be my favorite.....VERY nice cleanup & restore!!!!
Very few places on that which could rust.....like the usual handle chip points and such...............that's out of the ordinary!!!!!

Thanks for restoring that stately part of American history, and for sharing the photos here. Incredible.

The Master-Touch is one of my favorite grills that I have owned. Weber still makes them over seas, I don't know why they don't here. Instead we get the Performer Silver. zzzzzz
