I bought my 2 kettles a few years ago— 22” One Touch and 18” Jumbo Joe— and I’ve been lurking around for a while. I’ve primarily used them for grilling burgers, hot dogs and steaks, but more recently I’ve become interested in low n slow. I purchased a SnS a while ago and have smoke ribs and chicken thighs on it, but I want to take the kettle to the next level!
