WSM covers
« on: August 20, 2019, 12:36:25 PM »
I've Been using a heavy duty plastic bag, thinking about getting a cover for my 18. Anyone recommend factory original vs. aftermarket, pros and cons of each? Any input appreciated, thanks.
I swear, when I score a great deal on a 26" I'll stop buying grills... So often.

I have this brand on all my ssp's and Seville's and my Sequoia's and love them
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

I have 3 (two kettles, one WSM)  from their Ravenna line (different color) and they are great. You can sometimes find them on Amazon for a few bucks less from Amazon Warehouse (damaged packaging).

I have one of these for about 2 yrs now works great , winter and summer it is just a wee bit larger diameter than the Weber so it slides on easier.
I would buy again in fact I have one for my AC unit too.

Ditto,

Unfortunately, we don't have access to the whole range in the UK, but I always stock up with people passing through USA

The Weber covers across the range are sub par especially for the cost.

Another vote for Classic Accessories. I have their kettle cover and it is super nice. Cost about 2/3 of what the P.O.S Weber one costs, and is so much better. Better made, better materials, more durable, better clips to secure it with.
ISO: Dark red/crimson mist kettle (cooker condition). 18" preferred, but a 22" would be awesome too.

I just use a 26 Kettle cover on my WSM, especially if u use any external accessories like a hinge lid or added handles..
