Weber or not Weber, that is my question...
« on: March 14, 2019, 09:12:06 AM »
Hello,   would anyone know if this is a Weber griddle cooking grate or an off brand?  Anyone have a pic of a Weber grate like this?

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

someone here told me that another Weber gas grill griddle would fit in this grate but i cannot find  that info anywhere.

Does anyone know of a gas grill griddle that will work with this grate?

Not quite what you are looking for, but in this thread http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/index.php?topic=9456.msg372994#msg372994 - @Nate mentions that a cast iron grate from his old Silver B gasser fit perfectly.  So, my guess is there is also a griddle for the Silver B gasser.

Hal

In this thread http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/index.php?topic=36353.msg367125#msg367125 , @Bob BQ mentions you can use a cast iron grate from a Genesis Silver B or C.  And, in this thread http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/index.php?topic=28777.msg284314#msg284314 , ECinEI mentions having a Weber griddle that fits in half the grate area of a Genesis Silver, so that gets you there except for a part number.

Hal

@swamprb mentions he heard Lodge made one that should fit in this thread.  http://weberkettleclub.com/forums/index.php?topic=19338.msg193942#msg193942

Good luck on your hunt
