It is an opinion thing really. It is not like restoring it will make it more valuable on the widely traded weber antiquities market.

Anyway, If it was me, i would not restore it in the sense that i would not replace anything on it that did not come from the same year...which is to say .. You will find nothing from that year to replace on it.
I would clean it carefully and marvel at it. I would also cook on it one time, then clean it carefully again and marvel at it. No more cooking.
