All beef. Skinless. Any style you like. Nothing more satisfying than a decent dog done right. My years in Chicago left me with a taste for the classic Chicago Dog. Vienna beef. Neon green relish. Sport peppers. Tomatoes, cucumber, mustard and of course celery salt. Add poppers and a Bell's Hopslam and you have the perfect formula for a great meal. Mine tonight were brazed in sauerkraut and seared on the grill when the poppers were ready. Slow cooked baked beans topped it off nicely.

So what's your favorite dog?

Looks great man. Local butcher store carries beef dogs here. Suckers are perfect for chili dogs.

That is one beautiful meal, we have been getting Boarshead lately and they are very good. I love a good dog

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

I like Vienna beef but we cannot get it in Indianapolis.   Hebrew national is my go-to brand.

Gotta love the Chicago Dog. My first was at Wrigley Field years ago and it was tasty!

If I'm buying for a special occasion or I catch a deal, then Piedmontese are my favorite. Way better than SRF Wagyu dogs IMHO. Hebrew National and Boars Head are also very good. Grew up on Alpine and really wish I could find them locally again. Those were the best tasting dogs of my youth.

During Memorial Day I found the Ballpark Bun Length Angus on sale for $1.99 per package. I got enough to last the summer.
