Holy sh*t! Here I thought I was naughty with 6 kettles in the rotation... but dang man! Are they all functional?
Multiple kettles and WSM's. I am not a collector, just a gatherer... and a sick bastard.

I'm terrified of cooking chicken on the grill.  I've done it once and managed to have burnt and raw chicken at the same time.

I haven't been on this forum for about a year because I bought a Kamado Joe Big Joe and stopped using my Webers (I have calmed down and back to using my Webers now).

I used a traiger pellet pooper tonight for the first time.  I'll disclaim that by saying my brother gave it to me.  It was the junior model and I'd never spend $400 for it.   I made a rack of baby backs and the smoke flavor was very mild.

There.  I said it.  I feel like I betrayed my kettles.

I cut up some vintage kettles today...and I don't feel the least bit bad about it.

Dude, relax your chicken.

Chicken can be tricky. I think everyone here has made some disappointing chicken a time or two!

I can't see shades of greens and reds very well due to mild Deuteranomaly but my favorite grill colors are reds and the muted greens such grass , lime and spring greens.

Chef Matt keeps "butt dialing" me. He's "called me" about a dozen times in the past 5 days.

Match light works good for starting a snake, there I said it

Gasoline is better at starting coals than lighter fluid. Try and change my mind
