Breakfast fatty
« on: December 03, 2018, 10:47:17 AM »
Has anyone else tried blueberry muffins in a breakfast sausage fatty?

1lb breakfast sausage
1lb bacon
2-3 muffins (blueberry, cranberry, or your favorite fruit filled muffin

-Start by rolling out the sausage into a square.  A gallon sized zipper bag works great for this.
-Crumble the muffins onto the sausage
-Roll the sausage
-make a bacon weave then wrap the muffin filled sausage roll with the bacon
-cook at 300-350 for 40 minutes to an hour until the internal temp hits 160.
-I glazed with Burnt Out BBQ Grill candy towards the end then put back on the grill to set the glaze

Great video Mike!  Interesting choice with the muffins.  Got to try this.
