Cod filets on the Q last night.  I heartily recommend Capt Anderson's Seasoning.  Paired with a little olive oil makes a wonderful fish filet.

Not live, last night. My friend was visiting from Barbados and brought this recipe over with him. Was so damn good. The lighter colored ones are Turkish shish kebabs for our wives that didn't fancy the spice, which was pretty damn hot!
