She's out with friends, so reverse seared ribeye for one on the outrider it is. Threw on some oak while indirect. First time using the komado charcoal basket and it worked a treat








Ps... I'm a bit late to the game no doubt.. but for anyone not using this for flipping steak, it really is awesome

Cooked up a couple of pork tenderloins, one with an Asian BBQ rub and the other with a hot lemon pepper rub.  Pulled them at 145 degrees and let them rest for a few minutes.  Both were tender, moist and delicious.

Looks really good.... Kellee really likes the Q-Nami rub.  Very versatile!
