@NL_Weber_Fan - great to see Sous Vide and smoke hybrid!  I did my first hybrid with a non-Weber smoker and 72 hour sous vide in 2013. Wonders a few work competitions with that process.

Looking good guys! Baked potato here lol gonna throw a ribeye on the SSP in a few. Wanted to grill on one of the yellows, but the wind just will not cooperate. I've never cooked on this particular area of the deck before, but it is more protected from the wind.
