Ribeye on the CGA for me and Kel.... Not much of a sear, but didn't expect it and don't mind with the flavor this one had.  Roasted potatoes, asparagus and Sizzler toast for an amazing dinner.

I am just SO JEALOUS OF YOUR GRILL, that is my all-time must have performer....

Prime ribeyes from the local butcher on the new grill.  Light grey Celtic sea salt and a touch of garlic powder.  Fresh ground pepper added during rest.  Tried a new lump too - Jealous Devil.

I showed up at my neighbors house for a Xmas Eve get together with a red 18" in my truck. Well he had a nice fire burning. So we decide to use a piece of expanded metal to make grill for steaming oysters. A little redneck Florida Cracker oyster cook...Sorry it was not a Weber.

Oysters were delicious and a great time with friends. Jalapenos poppers were a hit and the beer was cold!
