Father's Day Filet Mignon, kettle baked potatoes, asparagus and honey butter ciabatta rolls.....man oh man....group effort, slow and sear and Grill Grates section worked perfectly for these amazing steaks.  10:00 - 2:00 method.

Boiled or grilled?

Oh I said fancy!  A nice reverse sear using the slow n sear.  Slow to 145F and then seared to perfection.  And no plating yet, tater tots in the air fryer.
