Chicken quarters in roti basket

Hello again.. just a little video about how I use my Weber rotisserie basket to kick out some chicken leg quarters with potatoes and onions and sweet potatoes.  My wife made the cooked pears on the stove with nothing more than a shot or two of water and a cinnamon stick in the bottom of the pan and the peeled pears. She lets it simmer down and the with the cinnamon it cooks into a pear version of apple pie filling 🤤
