I agree with @Troy .  it's a game changer.  As with all the gadgets, there's a different route to the same end game, but it's worth it in my opinion.  I have the non-stainless one and it's great for what it does.  It is a one trick pony, plus it's heavy, but it's easy to store.

Finally got around to cutting the lid off of a 55 gallon drum.  After a Little cutting, grinding, flap wheeling, and burning/seasoning I've cooked a couple of great pizzas with it!  Definitely makes a big difference.  Now I need to learn how to dial back the temp a bit from what I  was doing before without the lid!
Its amazing how quickly one weber kettle turns into more than a dozen!  Always open to grabbing something interesting so let me know what you've got!
