 ... its 90 here but I am craving fall flavors and comfort food.  If you haven't already given Rub Bagby sauces and rubs a go they get the nod from me! They were great on the braided pork tenderloin over creamy polenta with maple bourbon bacon apple sauce steeping a garlic chili oil in the residual heat from the cook.

Looks awesome as usual, I too give the nod to Swamp Boy's rubs and sauces I also like the monogrammed glass and that Frickin p code MT I love that grill

Those look really good.  Pork T-Loin is one of my favorites.  Out of curiosity, why the braid?  Simply appearance? Does it change cook time?
