I just treat my grass as if they're perennial [emoji3]. They'll be back by the end of September all the way through June. Grass only gets watered when i wash my kettles.

Just an hour or so soaked in soap water is all it takes to get that gunk off with very minimal effort. Typically with al pastor, i line the pan with aluminum foil and remove it just before i start slicing some of the meat.
