Always wondered why so many competition teams use Blues Hog BBQ Sauce.
Now I know!
Flavours and color are nearly perfect, and that shine!

It's pretty common on the comp circuit. It's incredibly thick and sweet straight from the jar.
It needs to be cut a little with another sauce, vinegar, or juice. For home use I like to cut it 50/50 with Blues Hog Tennessee Red.

I absolutely LOVE Blues Hog Sauce! I do thin it with a little Apple Juice for saucing my ribs. I also make a killer Peach Glaze for Pork Tenderloins/Ribs.
Just my $.02...

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles. Big and small. Vintage and New... Some say I have a problem. I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Blues Hog is really thick and super sweet, the original is anyway. If you put it in the fridge. Room temp or slightly heated it is not quit so thick. I like warm and spicey suaces. Want to try the multi pack blues has on their web sight.
