Nope...I don't like the way they turn out when fried...Cooked around the Vortex gets em done right...
Just ain't had em fried right! Most people undercook thighs which is what turns so many folks off to them.  It's hard to dry out a thigh!

Exactly!  Fried chicken with a little Nashville hot sauce brushed on is one of the greatest things. Any pieces of the chicken.
I cut up a whole chicken or two when I make fried chicken.
