That looks beautiful. I love the way the wood took the stain. I guess it was either red cedar or redwood. How cool. And under all that paint. I may never thrown painted wood away again. What a treat.

Almost done. Actually the table is done, but I want to finish off the kettle before I publish final photos. Soon :-)

It took longer than I wanted it to, and I cut a few corners (ordered new OTS and triangle) but I got my dad's 1987 22-inch redhead and his kettle surround all cleaned up and ready for a new lease on life.

That is absolutely gorgeous! I love the work that you put in too. Maybe an exploded diagram with dimensions could surface up whenever you get situated. Enjoy that cook, you deserve it![emoji482]
