Been a while since I did ribs. Normally I like to do St. Louis ribs, but store had buy 1 get 1 free back ribs.
Never had these before. Lots of meat. Had a pork chop taste to the meat.
Added some portabella mushroom caps on the side.

Very cool. I like that rib holder. I prefer St. Louis style also but I like back ribs almost as well.

Pork chop taste probably comes from the fact that these are back ribs...aka loin ribs...
As meaty as those babies are they had plenty of loin on 'em...
