Grass green first cook.

After more than 5 months and 4 table swaps since i got the grass green,  i figured the weather is nice enough going forward so it's time for her to get out of the garage and go outside to do her duties. Just the basic  1" usda choice ribeye along with mushrooms. Olive oil, salt and cracked black pepper for both.

Man, love that color. One thing I noticed off, is the bottom basket/rack. It looks like it should be rotated 180* for the missing charcoal bin to fit under those two raised curved bars. I could be wrong, though.
But that color, man.

The rack was rotated on purpose. You'll find the reason below.
