Food waste

Where do you dispose of the food wastes? I make pizzas and deliver it to the nearby homes. Many of my friend's love the pizza that I make hence they give orders quite often. There appears a lot of food wastes after pizza making. I know that it's not that safe to dump the food wastes in the backyard of the house. Because the piles of waste in the yard can be the birthplace of a lot of diseases. I'm
thinking of disposal bin rental
. How's that idea? Will that work? Has anyone over here hired a dumpster bin earlier? Will they provide the bins based on our need? Please share your thoughts.

All my food scraps (except for meat and dairy) go straight to the compost...
