Thanks Brian!
« on: February 26, 2018, 07:16:41 AM »
My fire pit has been aquired by Brian (haeffb) way out in Columbia MO.  Just wanted to give him a shout out for doing this for me.

It's safely in Club hands now.  Looks great, and hopefully the packing and shipping to Virginia Beach won't be too much of a pain for you Brian.  I owe you!

Try as I might, I can't get the picture to be right side up.

Looks good, trying taking pics while standing on your head, that usually fixes that issue for me! LOL

Brian took the pic , so maybe he could retake it on his head! lol

I even deleted it from the post, went to my pictures folder, rotated the pic to be upside down, then reattached it, figuring it would show up right side up, to no avail!

Getting it was the easy part. Now trying to figure out how to disassemble, package and ship to the east coast...

Kneab shipped one to me a while back. The Box measures 32 by 33 by 10 and weighs almost 38 pounds, I did not get pics of the packing, which he did a great job, the legs and mid section had been disassembled. The top and bottom rings were loosely wound around the inside of the box. Hope this helps @haeffb  and @inkaddictedchef1

Brian sent pics and this one isn't giving up easily. Liquid Wrench has been ineffective so far.

Try some PB Blaster. Stuff works pretty well. Otherwise just cut or grind the hardware off and replace it with new.

I sweet talked the center section into coming apart. Now to find a box!
