Beef Short Ribs

Tried my hand at beef short ribs for the first time. Coated in yellow mustard and rubbed with some Dizzy Dust. Spritzed with water for the bark.

Wrapped in pink butcher paper for a few hours, and they turned out excellent!

These were on for about six hours at 235.

Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill
