« on: December 24, 2017, 01:22:52 PM »
Making shrimp for the in laws house for Christmas. So I went to pickup shrimp and found crab legs right next to them.... what’s a guy to do? BUY THEM. [emoji23]

My first snow grill of the winter season.

Wife said "No more GRILLS in this house!" So I bought a 2nd house!

We all need not to be "SHellfish"... Oh man... that was bad.... :)

Looks great!
Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

How did you cook the crab legs on the grill? Would love to do that some time.

Crab legs so simple. I make clarified butter and while cooking brush on the clarified butter and add sea salt turn after about 5 to 6 minuets and take off after about 5 minuets I’ll also make a garlic butter sauce for dipping. I had thee grill at about 350 to 375 and cooked them offset

It's quite simple. All you are doing is warming them up. They are pre cooked when you buy them.
