What are you grilling today

What a everybody throwing on the kettle today? I'm going to head to the store soon but can't decide what I'm hungry for [emoji35] Figured I'd see what you guys have planned!

Probably nothing. Our fridge is full with leftovers from two houses. I’ll be sick of it all but can’t see it go to waste.

As I was leaving this years thanksgiving which featured an overly dry turkey I thought to myself "ribs sure sound good".  So I have a rack ready to go this afternoon.

Not grilled but made turkey soup using stock from the carcass I boiled yesterday. Pulled my favorite pieces of back meat and added what was left of the breast meat.  The picture is poor but it is delicious. Its a turkey and wild rice soup cooked in the trusty nesco.

We went to my in laws and didn’t have any leftovers. I defrosted a boneless leg of lamb and made these.

Monday.. tonight’s dinner is grilled boneless chicken breasts with my homemade rub then mixed into a salad.
