Didn't the last one screw over like half of the users?

I'm not an igrill user, so i have no connection - but i remember everyone being pissed off about it on the intarwebs

I was also pissed about what they did but I’m just hoping that they fixed some of their screw ups .
Wednesday I’ll use it to do a smoke and see if it’s any better .. I hope so ;-)

I used mine successfully on Sunday to smoke a picnic.
The prior update made it useable after that disastrous 4.0 release.
It at least tries to stay connected now, and after 5 or 6 hours, it starts to lose its sh!t. I found that powering the base unit off, and on again, quickly was successful in retaining cook data, and getting the app to recover, without losing the cook data.
The graphs are back, and more useable.
I was running hot for this cook, but here's a screenshot of the graphs:


And while I fell asleep about an hour after startup...my bad...



I got it under control, and had a successful cook...



This was not the newest update, but the release prior to it I guess.
It's better, but not the greatest. I hope the new one is more stable.
