HOLY CRAP!!!  Lesson for us all that get over confident in out food skills.  I tend to have a casual approach to this type of thing, "never happen to me idea"  Wow, I am so glad no one is seriously hurt.

WOW!!!!!  Sorry you got hurt, but glad you were able to prevent the house from burning down!  A great lesson for all of us.  Thank you for sharing, I think we will all keep this in the back of our minds for quite a while!
