Wildwood BBQ STL

80 teams!  Just waiting on the meat inspectors to come by this morning and we're ready to start cooking.  If you're in the area today come on out.  80 comp teams and just as many vendors, live music and beer.  A good time for the whole family. I'll update on our progress as the weekend goes on

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Oh yeah.  Been around all night and all day.   We just got our ribs and pork steaks prepped up.  Moving on to chefs choice now.  Should be a real fun day and night
