I  think they're called  1/3, 1/2, and full size restaurant supply pans.  Depending on the brand, they're slightly different in width maybe by 3/16" so make sure to compensate for the variations. They come in 3 or 4 different depths.

The full size pan is very handy for storing utensils and small accessories.  Not a fan of the charcoal holder being not airtight. Just taking a lot of space. You also gain space underneath for not having it.

Redhead mod is also complete for the summer.  Identical to the copper except for the igniter being installed in the back panel instead of being hidden.

Labor: 8 hours.

Heat shield for the tank and regulator.

@gonso
Thanks

Really enjoy using re-purposed/recycled materials as i find the final result more rewarding.  Not only much cheaper but also more environmentally friendly.  So much more convenient to do a design/ blueprint  and head to the store  to buy new parts with your debit card  but i don't find much satisfaction in that.  Also like the suspense of not knowing what the final product would look like  since  random parts are  only added as they become available.  More like heading to a destination you've never been to.

Last but not least, my favorite black ssp is also complete. Unfortunately the plum didn't make the cut. Purchased the plum ssp with such an excellent condition frame and lid but somehow the bowl was a total mess.  Was a hard decision but i just didn't  feel confident in doing a proper restoration therefore i gave it away to one of our fellow wkc member who was willing to give it a new lease of life.
Overall, i feel relieved to finally get all 3 ssp's done. Time consuming and at times stressful working with a limited time frame. The reward though is priceless.  Finally can relax and enjoy cooking. The only hard part is deciding which grill to use.

Total cost: $160
Frame/kettle $100, materials $35, fasteners $30.
Labor : 12 hours

Grand total for 3 grills: $485
Total labor: 28+ hours of hard labor under  the summer sun.

Side panel on all 3 sides.

This would be my daily workhorse. Black in conjunction with the ss Caliente Argentinian style insert just looks the best by a large margin.

Thanks everyone for looking!

Man...you're lucky dude.
My wife always factors in my "labor" on projects...especially kettle related.

Not lucky at all. Always encourage her to go window-shopping  so I can concentrate with my projects. And that's the unlucky part as she goes in through the door along with my credit card.
