I tried the steak with horseradish sauce from this weber book! I don't have the horseradish sauce in the pic since I am the only one that will eat horseradish at my house!  I highly recommend the new Greatest Hits weber book!

I love horseradish. Mix it with mayonnaise. Makes a good sandwich taste great.
