Bok Choy Stir fry
« on: July 28, 2012, 07:14:26 PM »
Well tonight I grilled something new.  Bok Choy.  I only have a picture of the final product.  I grilled Bok Choy then chopped it.  Made teriyaki chicken thighs on the Kettle.  Plated with brown rice on the bottom.  Most delicious.

Thanks.  Came out great.  I know this because my wife told me how much she liked it.  And she always tells me how my food is good or bad.

Thanks,  That is Chili Garlic sauce from the same company.  It is hotter the Sambal.
