looks like ya got yourself some FIVE INCH THICK STEAKS there..................

Steaks were 1.25" and awesome. I also grilled some zucchini. The Vidalia onions had a stick of butter, a couple of cloves of minced fresh garlic, my rub, and my sauce (Swamp Boys). Good times with great friends!
