Marinated chopped chicken breast in soy, ginger, garlic, salt and pepper
Sautéed onions and bell peppers in olive oil and soy sauce.
Added marinated chicken.
Let it cook down for 5 min covered then added a rice vinegar/ sesame oil, ginger mixture.
Stored and let it cook down some more covered.
Brought inside and let set for a few minutes.
Then served over rice.
It was delicious.
Tomorrow, of course, is all American! [emoji631]
