Leg cap

Good morning, I've been working on gathering what parts I need to finish my redhead. I think I have everything I need except the leg cap. Is it black or white for a '99 MT? I've seen it both ways but want to get it right. Then I can move on to the next! Thanks.

Mine that have caps have white ones.

Some of the newer grills came black.. @Craig

Pre-2005 should be white post 2005 should be black.

FWIW, I use black rubber stoppers instead of end caps.  No they're not original, but they're visually less obtrusive than a white end cap. And it "feels" so much better when moving around; think of them as Nike airs for that front leg.

   All my one touch kettles have black all pre one touch kettles have white. Since they all have covers it just helps me out when I look at the caps.

All of my kettles are pre-2005 so I just assumed the caps were all white.
