Burger Month Entry - TOC burger

national burger day deserves a special burger.

this is my TOC burger (touch of class)



start with beef tenderloin tips


ordered the food grinder attachment for my wife's kitchen aid

ground up the tenderloin tips with some tri tip fat to make Filet Mignon burger pattys

threw them on the new red head with salt, pepper and a dash of Worcestershire sauce


topped with trader Joe's cheese mix

mustard, onion, tomato and romaine lettuce

the bun was a chibatta, asiago and Rosemarie bun also from TJ's

came out good but I needed to add more fat, little crumbly but still really good

works good. have only used it the once, looking forward to trying other stuff
