Hey Everyone,
As you've heard many times, my steaks are always too tough to chew.
I live in an area of the High Desert called Victor Valley, which is a group of small cities and towns with a total population of about 400,000.
The restaurant "Steer & Stein" is the highest-rated steakhouse in the Victor Valley area, and it's the one my wife and I go to nearly every week.
Their steaks are the most popular items on their menu, and always get great reviews from customers.
I've tried all their steaks, from Tri-Tip to Sirloin to RibEye, and I've ordered them in Rare, Medium-Rare and Medium, but it's always the same...I can't chew them, and leave the greater portion of them untouched.
I can only eat the Country-Fried Steak, which is tenderized and smothered in gravy.
I wonder if this is because I have a full set of Dentures?
