First Ribs of Season

Decided to make ribs on the kettle this afternoon. I got a 3-pk of full racks at Costco but cut them in half and froze the others for another time. This is just over an hour into a slow indirect cook. Can't wait to slather the sauce all over them

Clarissa they look great can't wait to see the finished product. I live 25 miles west of Chicago and every season is grilling season (even when I shovel a path to my grills)

It's always better when you're cooking on a Weber!

OMG the ribs were juicy and tender. I am loving this grill now. Trying new things and learning a lot from the members in here. Last year I only cooked over hot heat and now I am experimenting with indirect.

Looks great! Most cooks are done indirect anyways.

Wow, looks fantastic!
Way to start branching out, this way kettles are so great, they make everything so simple and so great!
