Beef Ribs...

Put a couple of racks on the 14.5 yesterday...

Oak and cherry wood:



added a little rub...



smoke showing...



almost there...



wrapped em up



ready to slice



there they are, about 5 hours total around 250-275 degrees...



I think the kids liked them!

Yes! Remodeled the backyard a few months ago, happy with the results so far. It has electrical outlets and the sink with cold water just drains to the ground behind it.
