Thank you all for your support. I feel better now. :)

Very nice! Let's see a top down of that handle.

Here is the Zav handle I used. Live edge Box Elder. The contrast and the look on this Green is amazing.

I have duel plans for it. 1. drill out the brackets and make Spring Green Performer using my spare green with the brackets. 2. With the remaining lid and a bowl, make gas assist using Go Anywhere Gas parts and make a shorty with a lid bale. But since I have lot more projects on the go, if you wanted them for your gen2.... you can have them but shipping would be at least $100 usd. Comes with 3gen bolted handle lid. The lid has a slight light speckles on it.   If you want it, let me know. Just pay for the shipping.

Wow thanks for the offer @greenweb

I was mainly just curious and I wasn't trying to acquire it. I'll give it some thought. It might lend itself nicely to a master touch build or swap and make my gen2 kettle a master touch. Just thinking out loud.

Unrelated but has anyone re drilled and moved their bale to function better?  The one I installed on my dads, I left more room on the bale and the lid sits much more upright. I'm thinking about doing this to the gen 2

^^^ NP! I saw your thread on your Gen2 black Performer with one rusted grate strap. If you can put it to better use than me... you are more than welcome to use it. My offer still stands. Double check your shipping from your location to one of Toronto Canada postal code to give you some idea.
