More holes = higher airflow = hot and fast grillin = CGA. Yeah baby!

IMO Jumbo Joe had this locked up, the other two are playing for the silver medal here.  The 14" SJ just doesn't have enough space for much IMO and I own 3 of them that sit unused.

I don't own a go anywhere charcoal, but do have a smokey joe that I take camping and use for really small cooks at home. It gets super hot for searing steaks and runs efficiently, and I save charcoal using because it's so small.

I prefer the GA by far.

Agree w/ @CharliefromLI re: the Jumbo Joe/SJP.

I would also say JJ, if it were included in the original question.  Since it's not, I'll put a vote in for the CGA.  Has more grate space. Easier to cook indirect on.  More compact & stable for traveling.

Obviously looking for a Glen Blue (who isn’t?😂).

Looking for anything Happy Cooker, including any re-branded as Montgomery Ward.  I’ve amassed a nice collection, but I’m missing a few still.  Let me know if you can help a fella out🤞

I don't have an SJ, only a CGA so I'm not qualified to answer. I do like the compactness of it. It packs well in a camper along side the JJ.

I have a JJ for camping, goes to Mexico with me. I also got a Go Any where, gas, because often, the campground has a ban on any other fires.
But my vote would be the JJ, more cooking space.

Not a huge fan of the Smokey Joe but I Love my WGA when looking for something small and portable. Pimped it with a temp gauge and Craycorts. Very compact and works great for indirect.

Speedster had a couple of question so I'm following up.

"How does the lid hook sideways like you posted on my post! It has a bale?"

No bale needed.  The lid has hooks already built in.

"Could u add more pics of the wga u have... like to see temp gauge also"

Here's a pic with the lid closed.  It's a little dirty but it cleans up really nice.

FYI, I put a couple of coats of varnish on the handles.  They were bare wood before.  Really made the color come out and they're well protected.  I don't have a picture handy but the Craycorts are a really good addition to this grill.  They come in two pieces so you can lift one side out if you need to get to the coals.

Really like that setup, @mcgolden.  Didn't know craycort made grates for that.
