Working on Christmas Eve dinner

Right now I'm working on the pulled pork. Just wrapped it.





We'll also be cookin up a 7.5lb rack of pork. Just trying to decide if I should do it on the grill. My wife is concerned that she won't have the drippings to make gravy. I don't think it will be an issue but she and her family might not want me to experiment with gravy gold. 8)
