Working on Christmas Eve dinner
« on: December 24, 2016, 10:31:14 AM »
Right now I'm working on the pulled pork. Just wrapped it.

We'll also be cookin up a 7.5lb rack of pork. Just trying to decide if I should do it on the grill. My wife is concerned that she won't have the drippings to make gravy. I don't think it will be an issue but she and her family might not want me to experiment with gravy gold. 8)

Love the bark. Love the blue gen 2 back there also. Sweet setup. How did that gravy turn out?
