I'd like to say fruit bats just because they don't appear to have a breast bone. But they are smaller than fruit bats. So anyways, bats of some sort? Heads/skulls are hard to figure out.

I'd eat it! Both the bats & the foot thingie. Hell; it's just meat. Chickens, cows and pigs ain't that pretty, but they taste good.
