it's been over a year now and I still haven't had a chance to do a full resto!
I've trawled these forums but can't find another Red 'A' code GA.
All the Reds I have seen are 'Snap-On' ones. Are there any other original Reds out there?

We have seen a bunch of D stamps in St Louis for some reason.  General consensus is that it stands for "demo."

edit - ahhh...it's a US only thing, not available in Canada. I'll dig around, but perhaps I can work out a deal with someone to buy n ship me one?

I've only been a weber addict for a very short time now. But I've been checking the local sales places and have yet to see a colored CGA for sale! I know it'll happen eventually, just looking forward to it Just would love to have something besides black! (Although I'm sure I'll have black as well hahaha)

Colored GAs seem to be somewhat hard to find.  I believe they were were common or occasionally sold overseas and those that have spares tend to hold them for good trades.  I believe there were some sold stateside, but I am not sure what colors they were.  If you ever find a non black GA for a reasonable amount I would grab it.

I am not positive but I  think Black, Red and brown were the ones available for sale in the US.
The other colors I think were only available for sale in Australia.
