I have a co worker that wants me t tske an old whisky barrel of his hands.
Its oak and very well seasoned.
Silly question...
Would this make a good smoke wood???

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles. Big and small. Vintage and New... Some say I have a problem. I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Best on beef. I get bourbon barrel wood from the charcoal store for myself. So yes, and yes.
