Here is my ZZ top (courtesy of @Cellar2ful, @Dazzo, and @varekai) in all his glory (sharp dressed man should be playing in your head right now). Love cooking on this guy. That's 2 large bags of chicken thighs on there with room for a tri-tip.

It just sits on the lip of the bowl. It sits snug. Cut the handle off.
