Both flattop 26ers are Pat Pending's. The new one is a 2015 and has a serial number.

The shine on that flatop!

Great topic idea!

Both Pat Pending. Chief (Mater) and Aristocrat. (George Sr.)

The earliest known 26ers were the black Fleetwood (1962-99) the steer head Westerner (1963-68 ) the red Aristocrat (1964-80 and made again occasionally during the 80s-90s) and the Copper Mist Chief (1969-80). The first generation 26 was discontinued at the end of 1999. They were brought back in One Touch Gold form (black only) in 2008 (DZ code). 2010 (AD) 26ers were the last year of the welded on handle but was the start of the modern dark grey plastic handle for that size kettle. Modern Taco handle started in 2011 (AA)

If you are asking about the Mini RK's, you order the two frame legs from Weber, chop about 9inches or so out of the bottom tube of each of the frame legs, splice the pieces back together and off you go.    Most have drilled holes in the 26'er to mount the bowl to the frame.   Mine is a straight drop in with no holes, though I don't have it all worked out yet.

HoosierKettle

Where do you order frame legs?  They aren't shown on weber site. Do you guys email them for parts not shown?

2009 DE-code. Cleaned up in no time. Little signs of use. No baked on crud for a change. Stainless grate is near perfect. Swapped out the OT blades, but the old ones were not bad. Charcoal grate was a little rusty, but it's solid. Koa-wood handles brought it back to life.
