Brian, you have all my years covered except 1999 (EE) which I have pasted below.  Sorry for the bad quality, I will snap another but we should standardize on 800x600 as well:

I'm gonna ultimately send them all to Troy and he can do what he likes with the size.  I wanted to make sure they were big enough to see.  Some of my codes were a little tough to see,

I'll have to take a look.   I know I have one grill with no patent number on it.  Other than that, the older ones all have patent numbers.

Here is one from the 60's with no patent number


Here is the vent from my old Ranger I used to have, it has the patent number and should be from right around 1965


Here is one from between 1969-1970 (pat. Pending)
